According to the local administration, on March 5, the environmental service of the municipal property management of the mayor's office identified a violation of animal care rules in this settlement.
According to official data from the mayor's office, a report was filed against the violator under Article 124 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of animal care and grazing rules. In particular, non-compliance with animal care standards in residential areas was recorded. As a result of the case review, a fine of 5500 soms was imposed on the citizen.
Municipal services urge citizens to responsibly care for their pets and maintain order in the city. Authorities have reported that violations of landscaping and sanitary regulations may lead to administrative liability.
