A resident of Bazar-Korgon fined for violating hunting regulations

In the Bazar-Korgon district, a citizen was fined 12,500 soms for violating hunting regulations.

This information was provided to the Turmush correspondent by Durusbek Zalimbekov, the head of the Jalal-Abad regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.

As Zalimbekov explained, during the weekend, the office staff conducted raid activities in the region to monitor compliance with environmental regulations.

“During the weekend, we increased control over environmental violations, as there is a rise in the number of citizens engaged in hunting at this time. Our inspectors checked forest and water areas in all districts of the region. As a result, administrative fines were imposed on several violators. For example, on the Kara-Unkur River, which flows through the village of Kaba in the Bazar-Korgon district, a case of hunting rule violation was recorded. A protocol was drawn up against the violator under Article 263 of the KR Code on Offenses, and a fine of 12,500 soms was imposed on him,” noted D. Zalimbekov.
