Since the beginning of August 2022, bailiffs of the Sverdlovsk district have successfully collected debts
The Bailiff Service (PSSI) of the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek reported the completion of one of the largest cases of alimony collection. The debtor I.A.B. was ordered to pay an amount of 15 million 843 thousand 380 soms in favor of the claimant I.A.A.
Records indicate that payments were made through deductions from the debtor's salary since mid-2022 and continue to this day. The full amount has already been transferred to the claimant's account.
The agency noted that such measures are aimed at protecting children's rights and emphasize the principle of inevitability of punishment for those who do not fulfill their alimony obligations.
