A global conference on peonies - 2026 was held in Bishkek, marking a significant event for Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia. According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the event was attended by high-ranking guests, including Erlis Akunbekov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, as well as the Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan, Liu Jiangping, and industry experts representing a Chinese company.
An important outcome of the meeting was the signed memorandum of cooperation and strategic partnership between the Department of Agricultural Crop and Horticulture Expertise of Kyrgyzstan and Heze Peony Water Group Co., Ltd.
