According to the provided information, it is planned to build 20 new schools in Bishkek, while Osh will see the establishment of 10 educational institutions, and Manas will have 6.
Additionally, as a result of cooperation with the Saudi Development Fund, 5 new schools and 7 educational buildings will be constructed in Bishkek, as well as 2 educational institutions in the Chui region.
“The completion of the construction of previously started social facilities is also planned,” the ministry added.
According to government data, in 2025, 76 new educational institutions were built in the country, and 41 schools underwent major repairs.
Kyrgyzstan has 2,394 schools, where 1.5 million children are educated.
