According to information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, citizens of the country currently in Iran have the opportunity to leave through Turkey.
Due to the current situation in Iran and the closure of airspace, Turkish authorities have stated that foreigners, including Kyrgyz citizens, can cross the border through land checkpoints on the route from Iran to Turkey.
“Those intending to leave Iran through Turkey are advised to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan in advance or reach out to the Kyrgyz Embassy in Turkey,” the diplomatic service noted.
