During an inspection trip by the Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan, Damirbek Osmonov, to the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, medications were discovered at the pharmacy point of LLC Neman-Pharm that were not registered in the Electronic Database of Medicines and Medical Devices. This information was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
During the visit, the effectiveness of the Electronic Database was also checked, including the drug traceability system.
In connection with the identified violation, the competent authorities drew up the appropriate act.
The Minister noted that all participants in pharmaceutical activities, regardless of their organizational and legal form, are required to comply with the registration and digital traceability requirements for medications.
He added that every medication in circulation in the country must be recorded in the electronic system. This is important for ensuring transparency in the pharmaceutical market, compliance with legislation, and protecting patients' rights.
