The Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan, Damirbek Osmonov, conducted an inspection of the electronic database of medicines and medical devices (EBD) in the regions of Osh and Jalal-Abad.
During his inspection, the minister also evaluated the traceability module.
During the visit to the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital, a pharmacy point of LLC "Neman-Pharm" was discovered, where medicines not recorded in the system were found. Based on this fact, a corresponding act was drawn up by authorized specialists.
Osmonov emphasized that all pharmaceutical organizations, regardless of their ownership form, are required to comply with the registration and digital traceability requirements for medicines.
"Every medicinal product that is in circulation in the country must be registered in the electronic traceability system. This is important for ensuring transparency in the pharmaceutical market, compliance with legislation, and protecting patients' rights," the minister stated.
