Specialists drew up the relevant act regarding this fact.
Osmonov emphasized that the requirements for mandatory registration and digital traceability of medicines apply to all participants in pharmaceutical activities, regardless of their ownership form.
“Every medicinal product in circulation in the country must be recorded in the electronic traceability system. This is a necessary condition for ensuring the transparency of the pharmaceutical market, compliance with legislation, and protecting patients' rights,” the minister noted.
