In Bishkek, the progress of construction of 20 capital schools was discussed
On March 2, a working meeting was held in Bishkek dedicated to the construction of 20 new schools.
According to the Ministry of Labor, the meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Talantbek Imanakun uulu and gathered heads of relevant departments of the ministry, as well as representatives of contracting companies.
Participants discussed the current state, quality, and pace of school construction. The focus was on project implementation, provision of construction materials, management of labor resources, compliance with safety standards, as well as financing and completing work on schedule. Contractors were given specific recommendations to prevent delays.
It is worth noting that in accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov, this year construction of 20 schools has begun in Bishkek using funds from the republican budget, including:
in the Oktyabrsky district – 6 schools;
in the Leninsky district – 6 schools;
in the Pervomaysky district – 5 schools;
in the Sverdlovsky district – 3 schools.
Active work is underway at all construction sites. Full financing is provided from the republican budget.
The Ministry maintains constant control over the quality, safety, and adherence to construction schedules. This project aims to develop the educational infrastructure of the capital and create modern conditions for student learning.
