According to the data presented by the Chairman of the Bishkek City Court, Talaybek Abykeev, at a meeting held under the leadership of Mederbek Satyiev, the head of the Supreme Court, 105,530 cases were considered in the district courts of the capital in 2025.

This is 12,841 cases more compared to 2024.

Out of the total number of cases considered, 8,204 were appealed.
The Supreme Court noted that 97,326 judicial acts were not appealed, which indicates a high level of trust among citizens in judicial decisions.
The Supreme Court expressed gratitude to the judges whose decisions were upheld by higher instances, and it was recommended that judges with low performance undergo special training courses at the Higher School of Justice.

Mederbek Satyiev also discussed proposals received from citizens through the QR system, which concerned the lack of courtrooms, delays in case consideration, and instances of unacceptable behavior by court staff.

As a result of the meeting, recommendations were made for 2026 aimed at improving the quality of the judicial process, strict adherence to procedural deadlines, and the establishment of unified judicial practice.
