The Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy, Mirbek Mambetaliev, held a meeting with Samman Jung Tapa, the head of the UNICEF office in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy.
After discussions, a joint action plan was signed, covering support for youth and adolescents for the years 2026-2027. This document aims to create an effective youth support system that aligns with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as to promote volunteer activities.
In the process of implementing the plan, special attention will be paid to the introduction of digital tools. In particular, the update of the U-Report platform, improvement of the volunteer.kg website, creation of a mobile application for volunteers, and integration of digital solutions into state youth policy are planned.
