This year, the slogan of the forum is "With Love from Paris." Special attention will be given to the work of the People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, actor and artist Dogdurbek Kydyraliev, as well as to the contributions of the veteran of Kyrgyz cinema, film scholar, critic, and educator Seyit Bokonbaev.
The forum includes two main components: the "Umut" program and the Umut Industry platform, which will take place in two locations: the Ch. Aitmatov Cinema House and the "Oloolo-Erkindik" coworking space.
The organization of the forum is carried out with the assistance of the Department of Cinematography of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS countries.
