Employees of the land use control department of the Bishkek mayor's office conducted an on-site inspection and discovered a café operating without the necessary permits on Kyk-Kyz Street in the 'Ak-Orgo' residential area. This was reported by the city administration's press service.
The inspection revealed that a café and a point of sale for tandoor bread were functioning on municipal land without the appropriate documentation.

Previously, the owners of this establishment were issued notifications and warnings about the need to rectify the violations within the specified time frame.
Since the legal requirements were not met, the land use control department began the demolition of the establishment.

As a result of these actions, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.

The mayor's office reminds small and medium-sized entrepreneurs of the necessity to obtain all required permits before opening retail outlets and constructing on municipal land. Compliance with these regulations is the foundation of lawful and successful business activities.
