In Bishkek, in the 'Ak-Orgo' area, the dismantling of an illegal catering facility located on municipal land has been completed, as reported by the city administration.
The Land Use Control Department conducted an on-site inspection, during which a facility operating without the necessary permits was discovered on Kyrk-Kyz Street.
During the inspection, it was revealed that a café and a point for the production of tandoor bread were located on municipal territory, lacking the appropriate documents. The owners had previously been issued notifications and repeatedly warned about the need to rectify the violations within the established deadlines.
Since the legal requirements of the authorized body were not met, the dismantling of the facility was carried out by the Land Use Control Department. As a result of these actions, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.
The city administration reminds small and medium-sized entrepreneurs of the importance of obtaining all necessary permits when placing trading points and constructing on municipal territory. Compliance with established norms and regulations is the foundation of legal and sustainable business practices.
