Within the framework of the "My Home" program, the largest number of applications has been received from citizens who submitted documents for the "Preferential Mortgage." This was reported by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the State Mortgage Company, on the air of Birinchi Radio.
According to data updated on August 29, 2025, there are 35,459 people registered in the queue for the "Preferential Mortgage" on the company's website.
"Among those waiting for their turn for the 'Preferential Mortgage,' the majority are employees of government institutions. When distributing apartments, a percentage ratio is applied: the total number of citizens across all three directions is taken as 100 percent. Depending on the number of people in line for the 'Preferential Mortgage,' a corresponding percentage is allocated. A similar distribution occurs for 'Affordable Mortgage' and 'Social Mortgage' to maintain balance," he stated.
According to the current data as of August 29, 2025, the number of citizens waiting in other categories is as follows:
- 'Social Mortgage' — 6,251 people;
- 'Affordable Mortgage' — 14,112 people.
