In a live broadcast on "Birinchi Radio," Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the State Mortgage Company, reported that half of all new mortgage apartments in the country will be provided through the mechanism of shared construction.
He emphasized that the common belief that the transfer of a thousand apartments automatically reduces the queue by the same number of people is incorrect.
"For example, if a thousand apartments are transferred to citizens, they are distributed among those who do not have their own housing, and this is done within one category. The apartments are allocated through various mechanisms and directions," he explained.
Currently, the program includes three key areas:- "Preferential mortgage" - for employees of the state and budget sectors;
- "Affordable mortgage" - for private sector employees;
- "Social mortgage" - for representatives of socially vulnerable groups.
"Individuals without their own housing can receive an apartment out of turn if they pay 50% of the cost. The funds received from them are directed to construction to accelerate the building of new houses and provide citizens with housing," he added.
"Thanks to this mechanism, mortgage houses are actively being built in the country. Since the funds allocated by the state are insufficient, we have implemented such a mechanism. We aim to provide half of the new apartments through shared construction," Keldibekov noted.
The remaining half of the apartments will be distributed among the three specified areas on a percentage basis. That is, if 500 out of a thousand apartments are provided through shared construction, the remaining 500 will be distributed among the "Preferential mortgage," "Affordable mortgage," and "Social mortgage" categories.
