Inspectors conducted 3,619 inspections among business entities, based on which the corresponding number of reports was compiled.
Fines and Recovery Rates
Based on the violations, 4,547 protocols were drawn up, and fines were imposed totaling 73 million 710 thousand soms. By December 31, 2025, it was possible to recover 66 million 145 thousand soms, which is 89.7 percent.
In addition, the ministry filed 474 lawsuits for environmental damage amounting to 57 million 251 thousand soms. Taking into account previous cases, the enforcement of the lawsuits amounted to 35 million 341.3 thousand soms (61.6 percent).

The Ministry of Natural Resources paid special attention to air quality, identifying 260 violations in this area and imposing fines totaling 6 million 478 thousand soms. In addition, 472 vehicles were checked for harmful emissions, recording 231 violations.
As part of ensuring radiation safety, experts participated 51 times in the work of interdepartmental commissions at the railway checkpoint "Kainy," where they measured the radiation background of mineral fertilizers in 159 wagons.
