In Bishkek, Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva conducted an inspection at the municipal enterprise "Bishkek Bakery." This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
The purpose of the visit was to investigate the quality of bakery products that are delivered daily to kindergartens in the capital.
During the inspection, she examined the production areas, assessed compliance with sanitary standards, and conducted an analysis of product quality and storage conditions. Special attention was paid to adherence to technological processes at all stages of production.
As a result of the inspection, a decision was made on the necessity of regular quality control of products before their delivery to educational institutions and to strengthen sanitary and hygienic supervision at the production stage.
