As previously reported, the construction work in this area did not comply with the approved projects.
According to the city authorities, the constructed object did not match the agreed sketch project and had not been discussed at the meetings of the urban planning council. The work was carried out with deviations from the established parameters, which violates urban planning regulations.
After the violations were identified, the developer, LLC "Central Aizhan Trade Company," was ordered to dismantle the structure within three days. If this requirement is not met, the city services will have to begin the demolition.
Representatives of the construction company have not yet commented on the situation, while the department store previously stated that they have no connection to this construction.
