According to the ministry's press service, a key event of the past year was the signing of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 31, 2025. This document became the first comprehensive regulatory act that laid the legal foundation for the digital environment in the country.
As a result of activities in 2025, the following outcomes were achieved:
- 191 services and services were provided through the inter-agency electronic interaction system "Tündük," of which 141 were fully automated. In 2025, 2.4 billion transactions were registered;
- important digital services were developed: the electronic OSAGO policy was implemented, the mobile application "Tündük" featured the electronic work book and digital certificate form 083/u, as well as a self-restriction mechanism for lending;
- as part of the bureaucratization reform, a ban on the requirement for paper certificates was introduced, online queues, QR payments, and digital diplomas were implemented;
- 33.7 million documents were registered in the electronic document management system "SED Infodocs," and the number of users reached 162 thousand;
- the reform of digital transformation management was implemented: the institute of "digital deputies" was introduced in all government agencies, and a personnel reserve was formed;
- more than 1,000 civil servants underwent training under the digital literacy enhancement program, including regional training and the Training of Trainers program;
- national cyber exercises were conducted, involving 300 specialists.
