In the city of Osh, three citizens have been expelled from the country for committing offenses.
The prosecutor's office of Osh held an operational interagency meeting, which was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies, employees of organizations dealing with road safety, as well as court bailiffs.
The purpose of this event, according to the prosecutor's office, was to discuss aspects of liability under the Code of Offenses, as well as to ensure the timely execution of drawn-up protocols and the organization of fines collection in favor of the state.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the current state of affairs regarding administrative offenses, discussed emerging problems in the collection of fines, and ways to resolve them. The necessity of conducting raids to identify citizens who systematically violate the law and do not pay fines on time was also emphasized.
As a result of the meeting, specific instructions were given to the relevant authorities regarding the organization of raids, improving information exchange, and establishing strict control over the execution of protocols and court decisions.
In 2025, a total of 2,037 administrative offense cases were reviewed in Osh, among which:
- fines were imposed in 296 cases, totaling 1 million 715 thousand soms;
- 117 citizens were assigned to community service;
- 1,229 people lost their right to drive vehicles;
- administrative arrest was applied to 341 citizens;
- 3 people were expelled from the country.
