The NIA actively assists investors in resolving issues such as:
- additional tax assessments by tax authorities;
- refusal by local authorities to provide or extend land plots;
- illegal inspections conducted by law enforcement agencies, and other similar situations.
The agency effectively organizes work to provide legal consultations and clarify the norms of current legislation, which helps investors respond promptly to emerging issues. In addition, a special department conducts an examination of investment agreements, ensuring their compliance with legal requirements and protecting the interests of the parties, as well as analyzing regulatory legal acts in the field of investment activities.
It is reported that on May 12, 2025, integration into the automated information system "Investor Complaints Registry" of the General Prosecutor's Office was carried out. This innovation significantly improved the transparency of processes and enhanced the efficiency of interaction between various agencies in the field of investor rights protection.
