As stated in the announcement, special equipment has been involved for the work, and the demolition process is being carried out in compliance with all safety regulations.
“The buildings have become outdated and no longer meet modern requirements. To ensure the safety of students, new educational institutions will be built on the site of the demolished schools,” the city administration added.
The press service also reminded that, by the president's directive, 10 new schools are planned to be built in Osh in 2026.
