In the Kyrgyz Republic, conflicts in educational institutions often go unnoticed and are resolved within the school. This was reported by Baktygul Jumakulova, an expert in school medicine, on the air of "Birinchi Radio."

In her opinion, it is necessary to focus on preventing conflicts rather than dealing with the consequences. "We must investigate the root of the problem and find out why this is happening. The first question concerns the family. We often ignore the parental role. The responsibility for children's behavior until they reach adulthood lies with the parents. It is important to raise children in a way that they do not harm others," emphasized Jumakulova.

She also noted that teenagers may unconsciously commit offenses, and it is important to understand what drives them to do so.

"I highly value the work of teachers and what they bring to the lives of students; however, some educators can also make mistakes regarding children. We live in a different time, children have changed, and aggression is not appealing to them. This needs to be taken into account. Many children themselves are victims of violence in the family or their environment. If they commit offenses, it may be a result of problems in the home setting. Students' outbursts towards teachers can occur as a result of accumulated stress. Therefore, it is important to conduct comprehensive investigations to determine the conditions in which the child is growing up, and whether there is support from both parents in the family," she added.

Jumakulova emphasized that after incidents, investigations are usually conducted, and materials are sent to court, but this is not enough. There needs to be comprehensive interaction between the school and the family. "Modern teenagers are more likely to listen to their peers than to adults. Therefore, it is important to find authoritative figures among students who can influence their classmates," she concluded.

It is worth reminding that on February 16, an incident occurred at school No. 83 between a student and a teacher, which led to the use of physical force. In connection with this, a criminal case has been initiated.
