According to information from the ministry, the new system will be based on the automated information platform "Mugalim," which will ensure greater transparency and objectivity in the selection of candidates.
The selection will be based on digital analysis of data from teachers' electronic portfolios. The system will automatically compile lists of candidates according to established criteria.
Among these criteria are the results of professional development, original and methodological developments, professional achievements, as well as participation in competitions and other significant events.
The ministry is confident that the implementation of the digital mechanism will create equal conditions for all educational workers and help reduce the influence of the human factor on the selection process.
