The mayor of the city held a meeting with dissatisfied businessmen
In the park named after Alisher Navoi, a meeting took place between the new mayor of Osh, Janar Akayev, and local entrepreneurs who are unhappy about the demolition of their trade pavilions. This was reported by the city administration.
Representatives of construction companies involved in the construction of new facilities on the site of the demolished ones were also present at the event.
Janar Akayev noted in his speech that the main priorities for the city administration are creating comfortable conditions for residents, protecting the rights of businessmen, and maintaining public order, adding that all actions must be carried out in accordance with the law.
It is worth noting that his predecessor, Zhenishbek Toktorbaev, initiated the removal of trade pavilions and old trees in the park with the aim of modernizing recreational areas and enhancing their safety.
