After his resignation, former mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, made a public statement expressing gratitude to the residents of the city for their support throughout his time in office. He noted that he managed to accomplish most of the tasks set.
Toktorbaev emphasized that regardless of the direction the mayor's office worked in, the citizens always provided support. “I want to thank the residents of Osh once again. Wherever we headed and whatever projects we implemented, you were always with us,” he said.

Among the tasks that require further attention, the former mayor mentioned landscaping, greening, tree planting, the development of new residential areas, and the completion of infrastructure projects.
