The bailiff service informs about the progress of the court's decision regarding the demolition of illegally constructed buildings on Popova Street, 26, in Bishkek.
According to the agency, the enforcement order obliging the debtor, K. Kyzы, to remove the illegal structures and restore the land plot was received by the Pervomaisky district department of the service and accepted for execution in accordance with established rules.
The debtor was offered to voluntarily comply with the court's requirements with an explanation of the consequences of non-compliance; however, he did not comply.
To carry out the demolition, bailiffs T.B.S., A.E.Sh., followed by S.E.I., K.A.D., and S.A.K. took a number of measures. The enforcement actions were temporarily suspended due to the consideration of complaints in the courts, but were then resumed based on the decisions that had entered into legal force.
Relevant city services and all participants in the process were notified in advance. The work began in the presence of the bailiff, with the process being documented and in compliance with all legal norms.
Nevertheless, due to technical circumstances, the dismantling was temporarily halted and postponed to a later date.
The bailiff service assures that all actions are conducted strictly within the framework of the law and based on judicial acts that have come into force. The enforcement of court decisions is the duty of the service, and further actions will be taken until the court's decision is fully executed.
