The most common requests from citizens were for information on pension increases and indexing, as well as the accuracy of calculations and payments from the accumulation fund (GNPP).
The methods of citizen inquiries were as follows:

* Mobile hotline — 335;
* Oral inquiries — 80;
* Written inquiries — 37;
* Personal appeals to management — 10.
Fund specialists provided explanations on all issues in Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
