According to information provided by local authorities, the municipal service of the city of Tokmok discovered discrepancies in the landscaping rules, which became the basis for imposing a fine on the cinema administration.
The cinema management faced administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 114 (“Violation of landscaping rules”) due to violations of greening standards. The fine amounted to 13,000 soms.
The cinema resumed its activities at the beginning of this year after completing renovations. The building, constructed in 1973, had long been in disrepair and had not operated since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
