According to the Chui regional department of the state architectural and construction control under the Ministry of Construction, the demolition was conducted in cooperation with local self-government bodies and the department of urban planning and architecture.
As a result of the raid, temporary trading points and lightweight structures that were found to be non-compliant with the legislation were eliminated.
Before the start of the work, a week prior to the demolition, notifications were sent to the owners of these facilities requesting them to rectify the violations and tidy up the area. Explanatory information was also provided to the entrepreneurs.
The department noted that monitoring the quality and progress of construction work in the Chui region will be carried out on a continuous basis. Construction organizations are called upon to strictly adhere to the requirements of regulatory acts and safety regulations.
