Creating conditions for the full emotional, social, and personal growth of children is the foundation of education, not just the transfer of knowledge. An important aspect of a caregiver's work is attention to every element of a child's development, based on love, support, and respect.

This was shared by educator Kenjegul Toyunbaeva from the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region in an interview with a Turmush correspondent. She works as a caregiver at the "Ak-Zhar Sezim" kindergarten in the village of Ak-Zhar.

Toyunbaeva shared the main principles she considers important in upbringing:

- Emotional support. Children should feel their worth and love. The care of parents and educators forms the foundation for their psychological health and confidence.

- Role modeling. A child learns not through words, but through actions. Adults should demonstrate ethical norms and rules of behavior through their own actions.

- Setting boundaries. Rules and limitations help children develop responsibility and decision-making skills. It is important to explain them logically, without the use of physical force.

- Diversity in development. It is important to support children's interests not only in academics but also in music, sports, art, and science, to help them unlock their creative potential.

- Emotional literacy. Adults should teach children to understand and adequately express their feelings.

- Encouraging independence. Small tasks and responsibilities develop a child's self-control and independence in thinking.

- Social skills. Communication, friendship, and empathy skills contribute to a child's successful adaptation in society.

- Healthy lifestyle. Proper nutrition, physical activity, sleep routines, and personal hygiene directly affect a child's overall development.

Kenjegul Toyunbaeva believes that psychological comfort and the awareness of one's importance play a key role in character formation:

- Confidence: Children who feel protection and love cope with difficulties more easily and strive for their goals, which strengthens their self-esteem.

- Social skills: Valued children learn to respect others, which fosters healthy relationships with peers.

- Emotional resilience: Children surrounded by love more easily overcome stress and fears, becoming more psychologically stable.

Recommendations: frequently tell your child phrases like "I believe in you" and "I am proud of you," spend time together, listen to them, and respect their opinions.

Kenjegul Turdumambetovna Toyunbaeva was born on May 10, 1985, in the village of Ak-Zhar in the At-Bashinsky district into a large family, where she was the youngest of eleven children. In 2003, she graduated from A. Zhanaliyev School. She is currently a mother of three sons.
