From the podium of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Talant Mamytov expressed his support for the election of Marlen Mamataliyev as the Speaker.
He began his speech by thanking the voters of the 13th district, emphasizing that the trust placed in him obliges him to be responsible. Mamytov noted that the work of the parliament should be based solely on laws, ensuring political stability and serving as a platform for consensus in difficult times.
In connection with the recent appeal from a group of 75 deputies, the parliamentarian emphasized the importance of resolving all contentious issues within the legal framework, avoiding pressure and intrigue. If necessary, he suggested turning to the Constitutional Court. Mamytov also reminded that in difficult times for the country, the parliament has always had to make efforts to maintain peace.
Addressing the new speaker, he expressed hope that the parliament would be managed fairly and in accordance with the law. In conclusion, the deputy congratulated the people of Kyrgyzstan on the beginning of the month of Ramadan, wishing everyone peace and unity.
