The Mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, visited the municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset" on February 18, 2026. This was reported by the city administration.
During his visit, he familiarized himself with the work of Pumping Station No. 1, where he was shown the completed repair and technical work aimed at improving the reliability of the heating supply system. The mayor saw old pipes that have been in operation since 1985.
According to the enterprise's data, 63 accidents were recorded in the current autumn-winter season. For comparison, there were 73 incidents in 2024–2025, and 87 accidents in 2023–2024.
“Many of the pipes require modernization, and we are gradually replacing them. It is impossible to update everything at once, so the work is being carried out in stages. We are repairing and simultaneously replacing the most worn-out sections, and we ask the residents to be patient,” noted Junushaliev.
The mayor also reviewed the modernized dispatch service of the enterprise, which has been completely renovated, as well as the operation of the information system "ZULU GIS," which contains passport data on the city's heating networks. Equipped with modern monitoring tools, the dispatch service allows real-time tracking of the system's condition, quick response to emergency situations, and monitoring of the movement of special vehicles using GPS trackers.
In conclusion, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev positively assessed the activities of the enterprise and set the task of increasing the number of subscribers and successfully completing the heating season of 2025-2026.
