Meeting participants learned that the target revenue for the municipal enterprise for 2025 was set at 110 million soms, but in fact, 139.4 million soms were collected. Due to the increase in rates, the plan for 2026 has been set at 153 million soms.

“You haven't invested a penny, but you continue to raise rates. Where's the logic? You shouldn't try to solve problems at the expense of entrepreneurs. Moreover, you didn't build the 'Oberon' market; it was the businessmen. Yes, the court made a decision on the return, but we live in difficult times. We understand how and from whom the market was taken. If you're not aware, I can remind you of this story. I see no reason for increasing the rental fee. Yesterday at a meeting in Osh, the head of the cabinet said that business should not be touched or oppressed. And he is right. Let's collectively file a complaint about your actions,” he stated.
Talaybek Daiyrbekov added that citizens are expressing dissatisfaction everywhere regarding the rise in prices for food and other goods.
“Everything starts with an increase in rental fees. Do you really think that sellers will cover these costs themselves? Not at all! All of this will fall on the final cost of the products. Before introducing increases, think about who will ultimately pay. In the end, the population will turn to the president with complaints due to such unreasonable actions from the municipal enterprise,” the deputy emphasized.
In 2024, it became known that the markets of the LLC "Oberon Dordoy" and "Oberon Orto-Sai" were returned to the state.
