As a result of the conducted activities, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) managed to return a land plot to the state that was previously owned by a member of an organized crime group, K. Dosonov.
This plot, covering an area of 4 hectares, is located in the Kaira-Suisky district of the Osh region and was identified during efforts to reclaim illegally transferred properties and land plots into private hands.
The investigation established that serious violations of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic occurred during the registration of this land plot.
Despite the fact that the plot is classified as "agricultural land," it was actually used for other purposes, as confirmed by data from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem."
Thus, as a result of investigative and operational actions, the plot was returned to state ownership free of charge.
