The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has returned a 4-hectare plot of land that was in private ownership and previously belonged to Kadyro Dosonov, better known by the nickname Jengo. This plot is located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region.
As a result of the investigative and operational activities conducted, the plot was transferred to the state free of charge.
During the investigation, it was established that there were serious violations of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic when formalizing this land parcel. Although the plot is intended for agricultural purposes, in practice, it was used for other purposes. This is confirmed by data provided by the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem."
