This land plot, covering an area of 4 hectares, is located in the Osh region, in the Kara-Suu district. During the investigation, it was established that there were violations of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic during its registration.
According to the GKNB, this plot is classified as "agricultural land"; however, it was actually used for other purposes, as confirmed by data obtained from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem".
As a result of the conducted investigative and operational activities, the plot was returned to the state free of charge.
