The representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers, Bektur Zulpiyev, announced the following candidates:
- Talantbek Soltobaev for the position of Minister of Transport;
- Akyil Toktobaev for the position of Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;
- Urmattbek Shamyrkanov for the role of Minister of Emergency Situations.
It is worth noting that on February 18, the president dismissed from their positions the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Boobek Azhikeev, the Minister of Natural Resources, Meder Mashiev, and the Minister of Transport, Absattar Syrgabaev, who were close associates of Kamchybek Tashiev.
