As reported by the Finratings portal, activist Marat Turymbetov has appealed to the General Prosecutor's Office requesting to verify the video in which the comedian apparently hands over equipment to Russian military personnel.
According to Article 170 "Mercenarism" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 7 to 12 years.
Additionally, it should be noted that Nurlan Saburov has been banned from entering Russia for 50 years.
