During an inspection conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kochkor District, serious violations of land legislation were identified, leading to the return of plots that had been illegally transferred to private ownership. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.
As the specialists from the supervisory authority found out, in 2012, plots with a total area of 0.40 hectares were transferred to private ownership within the boundaries of the Ormon-Khansky ayil okmotu, which constitutes a violation of the law.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, these plots, valued at 7 million 200 thousand soms, were returned to municipal ownership.
