The unlawful transfer of land plots occurred in 2012 within the settlement in the territory of the Ormon-Khan rural council.
This fact was revealed by the prosecutor's office of the Kochkor district during a check of compliance with land legislation.
As a result of the actions taken by the prosecutor's office, the plots were returned to municipal ownership.
