During the inspection, it was established that from 1996 to 2006, plots of agricultural land with a total area of 37.78 hectares, located in the territory of the Ormon-Khan and Cholpon rural administrations, were unlawfully transferred into private ownership, the report states.
Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the mentioned land plots, valued at 80 million 300 thousand soms, were returned to state ownership.
