According to the press service, an inspection conducted by the Osh regional department of the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control revealed that the gas station was illegally installed on the territory of the 'ASK Neft' filling station, which operates under the brand 'Russia-Neft' and is located on Narmatov Street in the city of Gulcha. The facility was installed without the necessary permits.
“In this regard, the specialists of the department decided to dismantle the illegally installed station to ensure the safety of citizens and compliance with urban planning and technical standards,” the official statement said.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the company OsOO 'ASK Neft' was registered in 2020. The firm is managed by Elmurat Nazarbekov, and the founder is Abibilla uulu Kutman.
