The inspection of the filling station LLC "ASK Neft" was conducted by the Osh regional department of the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control.
According to the agency, the gas station was unlawfully located on the territory of the filling station "ASK Neft," known under the brand "Russia-Neft," located on Narimatov Street in the city of Gulcha.
The installation of the station was carried out without the necessary permits. In this regard, the department's specialists took measures to dismantle the facility to ensure the safety of citizens and compliance with urban planning norms and technical requirements," the Ministry added.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the company LLC "ASK Neft" was registered in 2020. The firm is headed by Nazarbekov Elmurat Abdyrazakovich, and the founder is Abibilla uulu Kutman.
