The state will be required to collect funds from unscrupulous payers
At the conference, a plan was announced to create a state alimony fund in Kyrgyzstan. The idea was presented by Aizhan Dzhumanalieva, director of the Public Fund "Institute of Consulting and Law."
She noted that the state could take on the responsibility of paying alimony for child support, and the funds would be collected from those who evade payments.
According to Dzhumanalieva, this approach will help increase accountability among non-payers. Similar measures are already being successfully implemented in countries such as France and Uzbekistan.
