Candidates will only undergo computer testing
The Ministry of Education has presented a new draft resolution for public discussion, according to which the appointment of directors of schools and kindergartens will be simplified — now there will be no interviews.
As part of the new approach, it is planned to unify the existing rules and create a digital platform for selecting managers.
According to the unified standard, candidates will not need to undergo an interview for the position. Instead, they will take computer tests twice a year. The results of these tests will be the main criterion for inclusion in the reserve of managerial personnel. New leaders will be on a probationary period of six months, after which a decision will be made regarding the conclusion of an employment contract or dismissal from the position.
It is expected that the new appointment procedure will help reduce corruption risks and lower budgetary financial costs.
