Discussing the implementation of the presidential decree on granting special status to certain universities, he noted that the results vary. "Some universities have already taken advantage of the opportunities provided and have made significant progress, while others are still waiting for clarifications and decisions. The time for waiting is over," he added.
Baysalov also announced an upcoming review of educational programs: outdated subjects will be excluded, ineffective areas improved, and new courses that meet the needs of the modern economy will be added.
