Modular technologies will be used in the project
New plans for the construction of a modern city were announced by the local authorities of the village of Kyzyl-Suu in an interview with Turmush.
According to the akim of the Jet-Oguz district, Ermek Bakhauddinov, a delegation from Kyrgyzstan recently visited the Chinese city of Kashgar, where negotiations took place regarding the construction of a small settlement within the rural district.
The project will be implemented by a Chinese development company that has been operating in the global market since 2012 and has experience in modular construction.
The project plans to create residential complexes, as well as a complete social and commercial infrastructure. In addition, a modular construction factory will be located on an area of 5 hectares. The total area of the future town will be 15 hectares, with construction work scheduled to begin in 2026.
